Customer needs are changing, and I’m seeing a lot of IT support companies who insist on providing the same products and services that they’ve offered all along.

And they’re struggling.


It’s no longer enough to simply offer monitoring or “Proactive Support” for your customers – they can get that virtually anywhere.

You need to evaluate your service offerings and find ways to bring more value to the table, or you risk becoming obsolete.

You need to show your customers how your products and services help the IT department drive revenue to their company.


Your customers can get tools, utilities, and products anywhere.

They need your guidance and expertise on how to use technology more effectively – they need more VALUE.

If you continue providing the same old products and services then you are in danger of becoming as obsolete as an 80’s mix tape.
