These steps are NOT specific to a particular service offering – they can (and should) be used whether you are a small shop or an enterprise organization, regardless of what your service offering is.

In fact, these steps will HELP you determine the service offering that works for you.

You can use these steps to develop new offerings, and you can also apply them to existing service offerings.
